Historically we have been a business heavily dependent on a paper based workflow, with engineers manually completing paper dockets to capture works on our client sites. This created a number of challenges for us; delays in return of job sheets, issues around legibility of dockets and the inability to capture a real-time view of those jobs in progress or completed.
From an initial, conceptual idea, we worked with Ian in developing a mobile software application enabling us to resolve these challenges.
